Foul, pronounced as ‘fool’, is a popular street food that is spread throughout the Middle East and North Africa. This recipe does differentiate from country to country but today I’ll be showing you the Yemeni way of making it. Personally, I’ve never been a huge fan of foul, beans in general actually but I do enjoy this recipe. This is a dish that has been passed down from generation to generation. My mom makes this as breakfast and I make it for dinner, you can make this for whatever meal you would like. You can also customize this dish to what you like by either making this chunky or make it more liquid-y, you can also make it spicier. Definitely try this recipe out, customize it to your liking and tell me how you like it down below!
